Welcome to the Shadow Lakes of Santa Rosa Homeowners Association! We are proud of our property and location. We are within walking distance of Nature Trails, Multi Use Path, Boat Launch, Fishing Pier, Parks, Schools, Library, and Recreational Center with Tennis Courts and Pickleball Courts. We are conveniently located near Pensacola Beach, in Gulf Breeze. We are only a 10–15 minute drive to Beautiful, White Sand Beaches, Restaurants, Shops, Blue Angels Air Shows, Art Exhibits, Entertainment Venues, Museums, and Historic Sites.  

 

This website has been established for the convenience of the Owners and Residents to allow you to quickly and efficiently find the information you need about your community.  It is the goal of the Board of Directors to offer the most important information about your Association conveniently and in one place through this website.  Some of the information available includes: information about the Association and the Board of Directors, as well as important contact information, meeting dates, news, events, links, newsletters, documents, meeting minutes, association dues information and budgets, etc.  

  

Our Association is proudly managed by a professional Community Association Management Company (CAM) which works off the direction of the Shadow Lakes of Santa Rosa Board of Directors.  Their primary purpose, among other duties, is enforcement of the Association’s Restrictive Covenants.
